At BuySite.in, we deal in digital products and custom website services.
Digital Products / Templates
Due to the nature of digital products, all template purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.
Website Development Services
Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has started.
If a refund is approved before work starts, processing charges may be deducted.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before project work/delivery has started.
Once development/customization has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of BuySite.in.
